Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Roessa HQ in Bali, Indonesia. Orders submitted before 10:00 AM local time are generally packed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after that time are processed and dispatched the next business day. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding that our handling time may sometimes be a bit longer. Rest assured, every order will be shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your shipping label is generated.

We offer free shipping within Indonesia and Bali same day delivery upon request. International shipping is available at the expense of the buyer at varied rates based on location and weight. This can range from approximately 350K - 550K IDR ( 13-30 USD) Please refer to cart calculation at checkout for latest up to date rates.

Kindly note that courier pickups do not occur on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or during public holidays in Indonesia. If you order during this time, your order will be packed and dispatched the next working day. 

Please Note:

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products.
  • Any unclaimed international orders will be sent back to us, and the customer will need to pay for re-delivery.
  • We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be delivered to your local post office for pick-up.
  • We cannot reorder once dispatched, so please triple-check the address provided before confirming your order.

Taxes & Customs:

Please note: Roessa pricing does not include customs/import duty fees or taxes with your purchase.

Roessa takes pride in shipping to all corners of the world, however, due to varying shipping regulations from country to country it is up to the buyer to be aware of any fees that may be applicable upon arrival. Roessa is not responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or duties incurred. Customers are liable for these charges in their respective countries. 

To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details. Please note that customs processes can sometimes delay your delivery beyond the estimated shipping time. If you choose to refuse your package, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping and customs fees.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer free return shipping if you received the wrong item or if your product was damaged upon arrival.

Please note that providing an incomplete or incorrect shipping address may lead to your parcel being returned or abandoned. In such cases, any return shipping fees or loss of the item will be the customer's responsibility.

How to Return an Item

You can return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the delivery date. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  1. To initiate a return, email us at info@roessa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Upon review we will provide you with a shipping address.
  2. Ensure that the items you want to return are unused and placed back in their original packaging with all tags intact. You can reuse our packaging for the return shipment.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Choose your preferred shipping service to send the parcel back to us.
  4. Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and begin the refund or exchange process. If all return instructions are followed correctly, the product price will be refunded.
